Wilder: "I would not respect one of Fury’s punches, he is like Kelvin Price!"

    After being called a novice, a basketball player, Wilder replied to the British champion.

    “Everything that Fury does, I do ten times better than him,” Wilder told USA TODAY this week. “Fury is not a power puncher, and Klitschko was scared of maybe getting hit because he hasn’t been hit in a long time. I would not respect one of Fury’s punches, even though the heavyweight division is all about that one punch.

    “Fury did not display any power . . . he don’t have any power. He switches back and forth (in his stance) and he doesn’t do it well. Which, with an active fighter like myself that throws a lot of punches, he would get caught in his mistakes of doing so.”


    “He doesn’t have good footwork, his jab is slow, it comes from the hip. The last tall guy I fought that threw the jab from the hip, he ended up on my knockout reel, and it was a devastating knockout, and that was Kelvin Price,” Wilder said. “(Fury) has a lot of flaws in his technique and his style that benefit me, being the stronger, the faster, the more athletic fighter."

    Wilder doesn't have 10 years grappling experience to defuse Fury's power did Wlad did. Wilder giving it the big talk knowing a Fury fight isn't possible anytime soon.
