This. The fact that many cruiserweight fighters have gone to the heavyweight division and become top fighters proves a 200 pound division just waters down the heavyweight division. If Holyfield, or Haye stayed at cruiser would their names even be relevant?

175-200lb is a huge gap, and the size differnce between 175's, 200lbs and modern heavyweights is huge.

by the way the fact alot of men weigh between 175-200lbs naturally would mean that alot of talent can be produced there.

Basically, check out haNZAgod channel on YouTube, he does excellent highlights of these guys if you're too lazy to watch the full prior fights, he's got Makabu, Glowacki, Huck (who's starting to become over the hill), Afolabi (same as Huck), Briedis et cetera.

And this will be the final one:

The cruiserweight is a much deeper division than heavyweight with better talent pool. The problem is many gifted fighters have seen it as a footstep division to chase the money @HW like Adamek, Gomez, Haye, Cunningham. Maybe Usyk will fill the lack of "big champion", even though I like to see him save the heavyweight division. :D
