The TS is spreading false rumours. Nobody was announced yet. I doubt it will be Szpilka , he is a live body. It will probably be the Jap guy. Or a Stirverne rematch since by all accounts Stiverne was completely terrible against Rossy, barely won against the journeyman and was floored and that is the kinda opponent Wilder wants.

Takam is better than Szpilka but if Wilder ends up fighting the Pin, I have no complaints, that is an OK fight for a title defense.

Very dangerous fight, Kudos for Wilder choosing to stay active. Unlike boring mandatory waiters. Wilder could have easily waited 7 more months for his mandatory. However, he is taking the risk of facing a matured KO artist rather than wait for a $17 million payday

Szpilka got very active in 2015 and went 3-0-0-0 (KO 3), he is a KO artists, but he is also a master boxer that outboxed the more experienced former champion Adamek

Szpilka is really the same level as Povetkin just with much less smaller payday, much respect to Wilder for staying active versus the top fighters in the game :thumbsup
