the fight was not stopped early... Just watch Quillen give his Post Fight Interview where he is still slurring his words.

Had the ref allowed that fight to continue, Peter would have been made a highlight of with a brutal KO... Which is the only reason anyone should complain about the stoppage.

Also... Quillen won't fight Jacobs again... Mark it down here.

Quillin is a dummy, if you can't clinch take a knee then and recover!

These are two top MW's in the prime of their careers. You don't stop a fight like that. They trained for 2-3 months. You let them decide the outcome.

Great stoppage. No complaints from Quillin, he was completely out on his feet.

 

Miura was hurt more in the 1st round than Quillin was. This was an AWFUL stoppage.

 

Guys, get GG out of your mind for one minute and think about the fairness and chances of both fighters lol. Quillin didn't go down and Jacobs should've been allowed to either finish Qullin or Quillin a chance to attempt to recuperate.

The crowd let you know that it was a bad stoppage.
