If he goes out guns blazing, he will win. Look what happened in rounds 11 and 12 when he decided to punch.

I would assume it would be to throw the right hand more then once per round.

Wlad needs to find a way to land his right hand OR the left hook against the southpaw stance. That's the key to victory.

So many people DKSAB is those forums.

Ask yourself, why was Wlad not throwing right hands? But trying to headbutt instead?

Because Fury didn't let him. Fury is too fast for the slow brain of many users here to catch up, but Wlad couldn't attack because Fury was always repositioning, setting up his punches, blocking Wlad's ones, feinting, and most of all, menacing to land that whip-like defensive left hook right on Wlad's jaw.

    Unpenetrable defense.

The rematch will be even worse for Wlad. He'll be sparked out this time. IF he goes all aggressive, that is.

Wlad only landed something in the 12th round because Fury was realizing the size of the achievement he scored that night, and was letting emotions get to him, he relazed and stopped using skills and started more to showboat and **** around. The fact users here can't even understand that tells everything is need to be said.

Wlad has no clue as to how to fight Tyson, and he'll lose even worse next time.

I'll tell you why Wlad took the rematch quickly: because he trained for months to move on the bouncy castle canvass, and he thinks that was the only reason he lost the fight.

Tyson's resume will have a TKO victory over an atg champion in the next months.

    :patsch

Wlad is the heavyweight champion in history that faced and defeated the highest number of southpaws. Nobody else come close to his number, i think he's around 7 or 8.

He knows perfectly well how to land those punches on a southpaw. But he can't land them on Tyson Fury. And Tyson was fighting in the orthodox stance 90% of the time.

Did you even see the fight? :think

Wlad is gonna lose again, and y'all need to come up with better excuses next time.

I actually think Fury was gassing out a bit in the 12th. This wasn't showboating (like in the earlier rounds), he was running out of steam. I'm pretty sure Peter Fury noticed this too and they will work on his conditioning even more for the rematch.

Hmmm I see Wlad fought tall Southpaws in Sanders, Thompson (I) and Fury. He had trouble landing his right hand against all of them. True or not?

No need to use :patsch:patsch:patsch smileys mate. Maybe you and I just have a different perception of things.

Wlad had the worst round of the fight in the 11th.

What happened in the 12th. Was Fury dropped? Was he out on his feet? No... What exactly happened?

He wasn't showboating. He was trying to pull up his trunks.

Watch it again. His trunks were half way down his ass.

Tyson will have better fitting trunks in the rematch.

Wlad won that last round, landed at least three good shots on Fury, Fury was the one holding on more. There is hope for Wlad if he can pick up from there.

I agree that Wlads offensive efforts were ineffective due to Tysons skill and ability to prevent them from reaching him/landing

but I disagree about the outcome of the rematch
I think Wlad is way too intelligent to come to the rematch with more of the same

Look at how he overhauled his flight plan a few years ago with Manny Stewart and was extremely effective with it

I think he and Banks and Vitali will revise his fight plan and tailor it to the taller fury and they will refine and rework it over the entire training camp I think we will see Wlad firing more lead powershotz, especially those hard left hooks

it will be an interesting fight to say the least

fury may also change his fighting style because he knows Wlad is going to, without a doubt

Wlad needs to be quicker, it's that simple.

Fury is nothing special; BUT Wlad needs to convince himself of that. A certain degree of braveery is required; He needs to assert himself without taking risks.

Fury in the first fight made him look for openings that were not there...Wlad needs to create these openings for himself. Not easy when one is pressing the action and 40 years old. Also not easy to do when generally this this not been the case before...

Then again, best laid plans are laid to rest in the heavyweight division...I suppose in many respects it is a game of wait and see.

Vlad should go for it however this has never been his thing .don't think the old dog can learn new tricks.if he comes out smoking (try hard to imagine this) he runs the risk of getting KOed as he attacks or running out of juice. Vlad is in trouble.
