Pacquiao has a fight coming up and nobody seems to care. Everybody who was barking to fight at 147 is now quite a hell. Amir Khan will probably retire than get knocked out by a prime fighter again. What the hell happened to the welter weight division after Floyd called it quits?

This division was red hot 2 years ago and now everybody just seems to be going through the motions. No more Floyd to piggy back on and claim to be waiting for, so now they don't want to fight no more. Even Manny is guilty of fake waiting on Mayweather, WTF!!!

147 IS FLOODED WITH TALENT FROM ALL PROMOTIONAL COMPANIES, ONE MAN SHOULD NOT MAKE OR BREAK AN ENTIRE DIVISION!!!

With Floyd and Manny gone or about to be, there will be a lull. It's okay, the NBA recovered after Jordan, so to will...

If the top fighters continue to not fight each other. Thurman, Brook, and Khan need to fight better opposition. Porter or Bradley will fight anyone and PAC is going to retire soon. If Crawford moves up and Spence proves to be the real deal things could get interesting.

It doesn't seem like anybody will fight each other. They say Thurman is holding up a match up with Porter. Brook won't fight anyone with a pulse. Khan keeps playing himself waiting for a big money fight against Mayweather, and now Pacquiao, laughably wasting away prime years. Bradley isn't allowed to leave Arum's stable to fight a viable opponent it seems. You even have up and coming guys like Erroll Spence already ducking opponents. He backed out of the Aaron Martinez fight to fight Barrera. Smh.

wait a minute Aaron Martinez ducked Porter and Spence from what I remember. He was crying about weight issues.

Too many different promoters in one class

    Bradley and Pacquiao

    Porter Thurman Spence

    Brook

too many roadblocks between promoter and network

Na, Martinez said they accepted the fight, and he was in camp for two weeks preparing, only to be told that Spence pulled out to go a different direction.

Yeah, really disappointing. Especially seeing as how Barrera was way overmatched.

Nope. Hopefully, when Pacquiao is gone too, there will be less cherry picking, catch weights, playing on uneven fields, etc. Let best fight the best. Amen.
