I don't believe in such a thing as a 'leftover', I think this is something people try to use to make sure that their fighter's win doesn't 'depreciate' in value if he loses again after. Sometimes it happens but mostly it's a bunch of bull****.
Yep. Meanwhile Quillin was UNDEFEATED. Didn't Lemieux get knocked out in his last fight where, prior to the stoppage, he lost EVERY round? Exactly what about Lemieux' recent history suggests he's better than Quillin? The fact that he got 4 knockdowns against Quillin leftover N'Dam when Quillin got *6*? WTF are you talking about exactly?
Firstly, Quillin just got knocked out in 1 round in case you haven't noticed. Secondly, I don't hold TKO8 against Golovkin as a negative, he got stopped on his feet unhurt, Quillin didn't know what planet he was on in the first round. I don't believe Quillin goes 8 rounds against Golovkin, and all other common opponents, Lemieux outperformed him.
You can think what you want to think. Still doesn't change the FACT that Lemieux' best win is a guy Quillin had already dropped on his ass *6* times...
Jochim Alcine says your entire argument is a steaming pile of bullshit. The fact that Lemieux lost to a guy nobody has EVER heard of speaks VOLUMES - and this was coming off of another LOSS. Here is the ONLY fact that you Bumlovkinites need to know, Quillin has *never* lost to a Jochim Alcine level fighter. NEVER. Lemieux has. End of debate...
Hopkins has wins over; Glen Johnson John David Jackson William Joppy Keith Holmes Felix Trinidad Antonio Tarver Exactly WHO has David Lemieux beaten?
