Looks a handy puncher with some gusto. Joshua should out-box him, but what if he gets tagged? Whyte has those heavy thunderous hands. Also, he can box some, ya know - and tags the body as well as the head.
Looking at the open work out It seems that his shoulder is still ****ed. There's nothing on his right hand at all. Worth checking out. I expect him to look very much like a one armed fighter in there.
Whyte looks like a praying mantis with those long ass arms. I watched some of his fights, looks very slow and easy to hit. I should imagine Joshua gets him out of their in the first 3 rounds.
Quite possibly. And this will no doubt be his go-to excuse when he loses. But all he was doing is hitting the pads in that video. What were you expecting to see?
Interview with Whyte at the 44:40 mark. He elaborates a little on why he thinks Joshua is a fake and some of the stuff Sky cut out of The Gloves Are Off show. https://soundcloud.com/boxhard-podcast/episode12
Thanks. Dillian's response to how training with Banks is going is most concerning. Sounds like he's betwixt and between regarding his technique and method. Will he fight with a clear tactical mind on Saturday?
No problem. He's looked a bit intimidated to me at times during the build up to this fight too. I suspect that Joshua may well get him out of there early unless Whyte catches him with something big that hurts him or something that at least gets his respect.
[YT]watch?v=vBUNZPyVjS4[/YT] Hearn is 6'5, you telling me Whyte is 3 inches shorter than him? Like I said you don't know what you're talking about
No. I am telling you that the video you just showed clearly illustrates that Whyte is at least 3 or 4 inches shorter than the 6'6 Joshua. Can you not see that?
