Why don't you and Missus Gee take down every poster and momento of the the Welsh superstar from your walls, get rid of all your "Joe" DVDs etc, and start afresh.

You could make an appointment with a counsellor of some sort, one knowledgeable on the subject of infatuation.

It's probably covered under the National Health Program.

Explain the obsession, how it started (probably innocently enough), and how it progressed till the wheels fell right off !

They will put you in touch with some strategies designed to put this whole unfortunate compulsion with this man firmly behind you. ( Oops, No pun intended).

Let them fix your idée fixe, so to speak.

that's probably the worst form of denial, pretending someone else is doing it when its you blatantly and clearly for the whole world to see that you brought it up.
