Doubt it. I think Ustinov is chasing a big payday. He realized he's running out of time and is doing everything he can to land a world title fight. Fighting frequently against journeymen when you're already highly ranked usually gets the job done.

I just did a search for Mustang Fitness, which is where that fight was held. Now I know why they announced Monoco's record incorrectly. I don't think they have internet there yet.

It's a barn in the country. There's only parking for about 10 cars.
