Jim Watt is saying that Spike would never in a million years quit and that it was the corner that pulled him.

Demolition job. Eubank Jr. landed so much leather and displayed a lot of impressive skills (and some idiocy).

That was just lame. Bring on GGG / Eubanks if Canelo is too scared.

Malignaggi agrees that Spike appeared to be conserving energy for late in the fight when Eubank gassed, but his corner lacked faith in him still having enough by then (or it happening, period)

Corner pulled him. No way Spike would quit on his own.

He definitely wasn't complaining about his corner stopping it. Anti-climactic.

Boxing needs stars, Eubank/Khan/Joshua/ etc are all stars. Eubank was superb tonight he was just simply electric and made an iron-jawed tough Spike quit, he also took some monster punches in a tough third round. He is a fighter who has gained more in defeat than in victory. Like his dad, he is world class and has a great chin, great showmanship, he has arguably better handspeed than his dad and similiar power.
