Buglioni should have quit, he had no chance other than cheap shots after the bell. He'll fade into British title level - if his career will allow it. He's always in wars and his only defence is his face.
Spike has talent and genuine power and could still win a Euro belt and would destroy Bug.

Yeah and thats what leaves him so vulnerable. He's throwing out power shot after power shot, leaving himself wide open for a vicious counter. He'll pay for it if he faces anyone who can accurately punch with power.

Agreed. I think Collins realized that as well, else he might have pulled Spike even sooner from the sound of things in the interview. He said there was that brief spell where there seemed to be hope that Eubank would gas out and be susceptible to a big left hook kibosh, but then it just didn't happen and he kept returning from the stool refreshed and was actually increasing his output while Spike's dropped.

Sure, there was maybe a chance for a big shot to connect (as Spike proved early that he can hurt Eubank) but Spike's arms were getting leaden and he was letting a lot of chances pass by, getting hit a lot more than he was giving back.

I can sort of see where they were coming from, especially with Spike himself tacitly approving the stoppage after the fact. :conf

Joshua's ring entrance as if he is unified champ already

Yes it does. It means that he's not the power puncher he and others think he is, chump.

I wonder if that same rhetoric was used last time we had two hyped unbeaten UK heavyweights going at it (Fury vs. Chisora I) - can't remember. :yep

Never seen so much hype for a prospect.

Can't wait for dillian to wipe the floor with this fraud.
