The guy was badly hurt by a double jab. Joshua is terribly overrated. Hughie Fury schools him easily.

Terrible overrated my ass. He went for the kill early, he couldn't get it but he remained disciplined and started boxing. Also showed he doesn't have a glass jaw at all. Joshua made very good account of himself tonight.

His power appears to be the best in the division, the force of his punches, wherever they landed on Whyte just sent the guy flying across the ring all the time. But that is it probably, to be frank he reminds of young Shannon Briggs... :conf

Fury schools him and probably stops him late. But Joshua can still develop, for sure, he is young, long way to go. He should stop bodybuilding.

He reacted well and came back. He's not Price, Price would get KTFO in the firt 30 seconds if he fought Joshua.

  6. Joshua got caught by a shot but was never in danger of losing the fight or being kod, he was too dominating. HE WILL KO PULEV AND POVETKIN WIHTIN ONE ROUND.

A young Shannon Briggs would have a solid chance these days....

Put himself in trouble. If he kept to boxing from the start it would be over in three tops.

*******s. Parker has faced bums, Kali Meehan was washed up, Bowie has a glass jaw - and apart from that has he beaten anyone?
Joshua has beaten two decent foes in a row and some Euro class opponents. Joshua would destroy Parker.

I agree, but a young Shannon is not better than Fury or Povetkin. He might be on par with Wilder.

Head movement? When has ever head movement been pivotal for a 6 foot 6 fighter?

You clearly haven't been watching Parker or just seeing what you want to. Parker would have had Joshua out in this fight. Parker is faster fitter, hits every bit as hard and technically more sound than Whyte.

This is why I think both need more fights before they face but now I hold Parker higher too.

Lol I was waiting for an idiot to make a thread like this, to massive heavyweights somebody is always going to get hurt when they are tagged clean. It was a good fight, Joshua will improve the same way Fury & Wilder have improved, fights like that is what makes you a better fighter.

But Klitschko wasn't fighting a British level fighter.

Plus come back when Joshua has achieved a 1/4 of what either Klit did.
