Round 1

Arreola is pumping the jab as he and Kauffman meet on the Corona logo. Wide swings on the body from Arreola. Right hand by Arreola chasing as Kauffman sways outside. Kauffman is turning southpaw. Arreola is catching jabs on the pinky edge of his gloves, held up against his face, standing up straight and tall. Arreola drops a jab on Kauffman's flab bulging over his trunks. Kauffman leads with a left hook and stuffs a right hand through Arreola's counter right attempt. Kauffman being the boss, making Arreola give up ground.

Round 2

Kauffman is slapping with the southpaw hook, leaving himself open down the middle. Arreola landing counter right hands and going to Kauffman's body effectively. Low blow warning to Arreola. Kauffman is ducking in and cranking a left uppercut into Arreola's tummy. Arreola is doubling his jab backing up. Left hook up top by Kauffman, switching back to orthodox, hitting the body when Arreola's gloves come up.

Round 3

Kauffman is getting tapped on the side of the face (now reddening) by jabs as he slouches over to one side, unsuccessfully attempting to slip beneath Arreola's jab and partially craning his neck, but not enough. Arreola boxing nicely on the outside. HUGE BODY SHOTS BY KAUFFMAN, tossed like softball pitches into the gut. Arreola DOWN! He's up but still winded from those shots. Kauffman is right back on the body, attacking hard. Clock running down. Kauffman nails Arreola into the ropes with a looping right. Arreola partially blocks it but is hurt.
