Nope. All it takes is time and perspective for someone's career to be measured realistically.

Ray Robinson isn't remembered for all his late career losses, neither is Duran, Ali etc.

 

Not by any knowledgeable boxing fan who knew of him when he was prime.

 

Similar to Holyfield, he is diminsihig his own accomplishments a bit. However, he wil be remembered as a first rate ATG.

 

His prime will be remembered for his PED use and the way he was terrified of the level playing field.

Roid's prime will be remembered by any sensible boxing fan for his rampant PED usage and his ducking of Collins, Ottke, Benn, Eubank and Michalczewski.

Unfortunately true. But it shouldn't be.

He was a PED using, drugs cheat so his record prior to the bust should be turned to NC since it can't be proven that he didn't use PEDs to gain an advantage over his opponent in all his past fights (Seriously, that should be a rule. Test positive and your past fights are all negated and turned in NC).

Which would give Jones Jr a record of 20 - 8 - 43.
