Training like a pro boxer would be the worst way to gain all that muscle in such a short time. All that cardio would make it very hard.

Depends on what they're focusing on. If you're a professional and are concentrating on bulking up and getting stronger then you'll be able to get good results.

I wouldn't be surprised. Evan Fields, Vitali, Toney etc. It's always going to be around Boxing and that ain't gonna change.

As he was training for a fight it's highly unlikely he was concentrating on bulking up and getting stronger during those 4 months. It's hard to gain that much in 4 months just weight training and not doing all the cardio and skill training he was doing. This is especially true with someone who is already has a decent amount of muscle.

The most obvious case ever in the sport of serious drug abuse and yet clowns are still in denial. :rofl What exactly are these people's standards then for an 'obvious' case? Putting on 8 stone inside 3 hour perhaps.

Joshua's drug bill is in the tens of thousands.

And folks wonder why threads like this get deleted. One day this site will get sued, and so will posters like this.

No ,in his 3 rd fight he was 229lbs,in his 9th 236.5lbs,at times he has fluctuated up and down.

I don't know if he is on PEDs , what I am challenging is the incorrect assertion that he has gained over two stone since debuting.

Official definition of banter and example from the dictionary:

"playful and friendly exchange of teasing remarks"

Example "there was much good natured banter"

Sorry ant - this isn't banter - its not friendly, it's not good natured, it's just trying to drag down a British fighter.

It's a casual conversation between boxing fans. Should it be censored so we don't offend anyone?

I wouldn't be surprised if they were concentrating on building him up and getting him stronger for the pro's. 10/11lbs is a quite a lot in 4 months but is certainly possible for a guy that tall.
