Good. I keep thinking that Wilder will become "injured" after this next fight and will ask for a "CONfidence" fight with Arreola before facing Povetkin.

I wouldn't be shocked if Wilder tries to weasel out of it. Probably by getting "injured" to delay it in the hope that Povetkin occupies himself with Fury or whoever picks up the IBF belt instead.

We all know the man is a coward and a ducker.

Yup, and Wilder is not giving them even a рубль more because Wilder is the the A side and the more accomplished fighter.

Good to know Povetkin's camp is willing to take the fight in US.

Yeah that honestly surprised me. He's never fought in America before and I didn't think he ever would. Apparently they are interested in having him be known here, more so than I thought they would be. I respect him more now, although still pulling heavily for Wilder of course.

Since they want it to be watched worldwide, they might even go for having it on CBS again like the Duhaupus fight. That would be sweet.

The talks are going something like this:

    POVETKIN
Are you ever going to fight me?

    WILDER
Is just do what I do being the real champnsheet beatin' on tough oppponenents like Molina, Duhaupas an' Charlie Zelenoff. Fury beat Klitschko and that makes me the champnsheet.

    POVETKIN
Yes, but are you ever going to fight me?

    WILDER
    Buuuuuuuuummmmm Squad!

    POVETKIN
Jesus Christ this guy is stupid.

    Or something like that.

He faked visa issues to avoid the fearsome Dereck Chisora and also ducked Tony Thompson shortly after Thompson KO'd Price for the second time.

    He's a coward and a ducker.

    I agree.

Wilder wouldn't let the 1st round finish without KOing Povetkin :D

We have entered into negotiations with Wilder's team for the organization of the fight, but we are just exchanging opinions right now. My position is this, if we reach an agreement we can hold the fight in America, but I have only one condition - this battle should be a very well-promoted event that will be viewed by the whole world," Ryabinsky said.

TRANSLATION: We will NOT stage Wilder vs Povetkin in bumville Alabama

Ducked Thompson when he was waiting in line for the winner of Arreola vs Stiverne? Then fought Stiverne when everybody said he'd get knocked out?

Chisora was contractually tied into a Fury rematch. At no point was a Wilder fight even talked about.

Are you the new forum idiot?
