i mean yea, and yea, or shouldn't even be thought about.. But Khan stands a chance, Canelo is not some destroyer. I mean who is the last person he's stopped? Kirkland, iced by Ishida in one, who basically had no power.I like Canelo but he's very beatable.
Khan is a perfect Canelo opponent atm. A guy with a name whom Canelo can massively outsize and beat. He's perfect. Other names include; Tim Bradley, Terence Crawford, Roman Gonzalez, Carl Frampton, Hekkie Budler
Well...er...let's not go too deep into this. Those saying Canelo has no business in the ring with Khan are right IMO. They're just not really the same weight/build, Khan has built his body UP to where he is now and he looks pretty chunky, Canelo is draining like a MF to make these weights. Canelo walks down Khan a la Peterson and probably chins him......but so would a heavy against a cruiser, there's nothing great about doing that.
why do they keep calling out all these smaller guys. call out quillin, Jacobs, the charlos bros or even GGG. stop bull****ting!!
Would be a ridiculously bad idea for many, many reasons: 1. Khan, if his chin could hold up could easily outbox Canelo 2. If Canelo beats him, no one cares 3. Khans regression under Virgil "overrated, pompus" Hunter has made him boring as hell. 4. Would confirm to me he isn't serious about fighting Ggg. 5. Isn't even a top 15 fight that should be made for Canelo 7. Khan would be outweighed by 15 to 20 lbs. 8. Khan has beaten no one of note in a looooong time. 9. Khan is inactive. 10. Khan still has Prescot and Garcia problems.
How is that sad? Khan's physique can easily put on 10lbs of muscle and look great. He's way faster than Canelo and would be a fight that would sell very well. There's not many other names that would sell like that fight would for Canelo. Oscar being a smart promoter.
The irony here is that it will be the Canelo haters who push him over into supers****om the same way it happened to Floyd. P.S. :rofl @ ESB's filter.
