Those guys you listed with the exception of JLC had comparatively lower activity rates than Martinez, Williams and Margarito.

Mosley and Marquez were as active as they were by the time they fought Floyd. Pacman too.

Margarito was so strong and so active that would he even care about being hit by Floyd????

If you're just so much tougher than your opponent you can just maul them.

Okay, just asking. You do appear to be considerably more intelligent than him.

Margarito was also flat-footed, and had no defense. Floyd would tee off on him.

I think Floyd could even get a stoppage if he hits Margarito enough.

No way Floyd could ever stop Margarito. 2007 Margarito was a piece of steel with iron lungs.

Just an enormous badass. He'd walk right through Floyd. The punches that Floyd would hit him with would have absolutely no effect on Tony.

I mean a stoppage on cuts.

Ok well then if you bring cuts into the equation then that's a different thing then.

You don't see the very precise Mayweather stopping the very hittable Margarito even on cuts?

Even if your opponent isn't a hard puncher, it's still not a good idea to keep getting hit by him, especially when he's as accurate as Floyd.

Yeah but that isn't some wild cockamamie left-field thing, but a perfectly valid consideration to bring up as it most likely would be a factor if they fought.

Extremely accurate punching + extremely lax defense = bad for skin.

With cuts anything is possible, but to bet on cuts is a tough thing to do.

Not in the case of this particular match-up, due to styles.

Would you agree that Margarito is the most physically imposing Welterweight that we've possibly ever seen?
