Definite proof is quite a high hurdle. He weighed in at 229 lbs on the 14th November 2013. Just 7 weeks later he weighed in at 241.5 lbs. he put on 12.5 lbs in 7 weeks and he wasn't eating his way around Italy like DeNiro.
It was probably just water retention of course. Take a look at the chubby so and so at the weigh in from his local paper. ww.watfordobserver.co.uk/SPORT/10980411.display/
Add the third w to the address above as I can't post links.

I know the NPAs well mate, they have stringent testing. Also the president and officials have been in the game a long time they know the signs to look for. And whilst i do agree that some cheats can get through the net overall it does what it says on the tin does the NPAs..
BTW Do you know any good natural bodybuilders?

All these people who say he's juiced clearly don't spend any time in a gym with people who are juiced.

Do you really think Olympic poster boy AJ is stupid enough to use banned substances and risk everything he has to date?

    Don't be ridiculous.

It's what Fury does between fights that prevents him getting into single figure bodyfat %. I don't think it's necessary in any case, it's not like he's trying to make weight is it?

Metabolism and DNA makes a huge amount of difference though and Fury probably has a slow metabolism, which probably helps someone his size have a respectable amount of endurance (all things considered) AJ on the other hand probably has copies of alleles which are associated with higher levels of the myostatin inhibitor which allows him to grow muscle mass very easily.

I see the news today, ped use in sport is to be made a criminal offense. Be afraid.

It doesn't say it all at all...I am not saying, and have not said he's definitely juicing. His own father brought it up. The question was why has he chosen to be so musclebound. Can you explain the 12.5lbs of weight gain in 7 weeks with a more pronounced 8 pack?

So are you saying there is or isn't physical evidence of PED use? First you say his gut gives it away, then you say even though he's not built like 'the hulk' he could still be on drugs.

You seem to be arguing he is on drugs because there is physical evidence and he is on drugs because there isn't physical evidence. At the same time.

You really are this forum's joker in the pack, aren't you?

Anyone who has the bare minimum of knowledge about building musclemass knows that AJ is on the juice and then some.

His own father did not bring it up, the rumour has been flying around for ages, his dad merely dismissed the rumours and was obviously quite offended by the accusation.

Making such a statement post fight reeks of insecurity and damage control.

Maybe if Joshua said it, but his dad gets a pass imo, he's clearly very proud of his son's achievements & people are calling him a cheat, he's probably surfed the boxing boards around the net & seen it. On another note, his dad probably wouldn't know if he was using or not anyway.

I agree with your last notion. I really doubt his family knows. There was a documentary in my home country about Arild Haugen, a strongman. Anyone who knows anything about strongmen competition knows everyone who competes at a high level is on incredible amounts of chemicals. Arild Haugen also had one of the worst HGH guts in the sports.

Anyway, in the documentary his sister claimed he had never touched any drugs and that people didn't know how much hard work he put in as reasoning. If I remember correctly there's also been conducted studies on steroid abuse, and steroid users usually never tell anyone about their abuse, especially not family and admit adultery long before ever admitting having used steroids.
