Huge night for Cuba

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by FreeRadricDavis, Dec 17, 2015.

  1. We got Ortiz, Gamboa making a return, and Gonzalez coming off a blatant robbery.

    In a few years, once my people dominate this sport, this night will be remembered as an important turning point, when we the world finally recognizes the respect we have earned.

    Our fighters have fought bigger battles than these. Tomorrow, get ready, the Island of Cuba and city of Miami is KOing there way to the apex.

    Ortiz is on drugs, Gamboa I'd a fat pudding who needs to move down in weight and Gonzalez won't be able to compete with the ee light heavyweight . How will Cubans dominate the sport

    Ortiz-Jennings is a pick 'em.
    Gamboa is going to win, and needs to stay at 130. He's made the right decision dropping down from 135.

    Gonzalez should be looking for a KO in his match

    I like Gamboa, ole sleepy eyes Gamboa. I love when he gets cracked and it looks like he just woke up, but still throws that leather.

    If you insist;
    Main alcohol: Rum
    Ingredients: 4 oz Cola, 1/3 oz Fresh lime juice, 1 2/3 oz White rum
    Preparation: Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
    Served: On the rocks; poured over ice
    Standard garnish: Lime wedge
    Drinkware: Highball glass
    :partytime

    Ortiz is 36. If he misses this chance, no one will fight him. I'm leaning towards him over Jennings, but there's not much in it. Will definintely be watching.

    The only winner at the end of the night will be Gamboa.

    My predictions are;

    Jennings UD Ortiz
    Gamboa TKO9 Williams
    Shabranskyy UD Gonzalez

    also, Barthelemy UD Shavikov

    I expect all of them to be pretty close affairs. With Gamboa getting the late stoppage and Ortiz maybe getting busted again after the fight.

    In refering to Cuba libre (free) he is probably talking about to conception of liberty (freedom) of the ancient. For further reading:
