Deontay said he had no problem with drug testing. He wants testing all year around. So that means there will be no testing.

I am not sure. The WBC/VADA Clean Boxing Program might have the answer to that. During the conference call it didn't seem mandatory the way Wilder and Dibella reacted to Szpilka's plea.
