End of 2015 - Rank your top 10 Middleweights

    Simple, after a strong end to 2015 for the Middleweight division with a lot of big fights, rank your top 10.
    Here's mine:
    1) Gennady Golovkin, WBA Super, IBF;
    2) Saul Alvarez, WBC, Lineal, Catchweight King;
    3) Billy Joe Saunders, WBO, ****** Boxing ORG;
    4) Daniel Jacobs, WBA Regular;
    5) Peter Quillin;
    6) David Lemeiux;
    7) Andy Lee;
    8) Hassan N'dam;
    9) Chris Eubank Jr;
    10) Daniel Geale.

    What do you think?
    I omitted Miguel Cotto as I don't think he'll fight at 160, if he chooses to carry on.

    Swap BJS with Jacobs and move Lee to #5, swap Eubank and geale and I'd largely agree

    I like this list; this is pretty much it, minus Cotto.

    Who do you see breaking into the top 10 over the next 12 months? Khytrov? Murata? And, who drops out of the top 10 which you listed?

    Khytrov, Murata, Magomedov are all solid prospects in my opinion; Monroe could probably get there with a good win or two. I honestly wouldn't sleep on someone like a Nick Blackwell coming into the top 10 if he can beat Chris Eubank Jr, which while it would be a surprise, it wouldn't be astonishing for me to see that.
    Hassan N'Dam is a good fighter, but has punch resistance issues, he gets put down too much.
    I think Geale is on the slide, and most likely to fall out.
    What do you think?

    I agree, but if he beats him he takes his spot, although it would be an upset!

    I think Murata, Khytrov, Magomedov and Derevyanchenko will be the most likely to break into the top 10. Geale, Hadsan N'dam and possibly Lemieux will be the guys most likely to fall away.

    Yes, cleary better than Lemieux and Ndam but Quillin is arguable at this stage.
