He was competitive for a while, but got iced with 1 punch.

The fight was pretty much even when Ortiz stopped him.

He ate 3 massive uppercuts straight in his chin and was still able to stand up. hardly a chin of glass... Impressive performance by Ortiz.

    This.

Jennings got hurt badly in opening round but fought back to take round 2. He was hurt again in round 3. Then rallied in round 4. Was a good heavyweight fight. Ortiz impressed. Jennings clearly had issues with his power but was game, fought bravely and just lost. Quality fight for the division.

He performed well against a superior puncher. Somehow reminded me of Byrd's loss to Ibeabuchi but not quite.

Great respect for both fighters. Ortiz is extremely hard hitting. Untill seventh round match was competitive, Ortiz was slightly better....B. Jennings has very good chin, and great heart..........

Ortiz clearly much more skilled so By By had a good showing. Had help when the ref warned Ortiz about pushing off. Those left uppercuts to the body in the first round were nasty.
