How would Herol Graham have fared against these British Middleweights at 160 lbs?. He theoretically could have fought all of them, but I'm looking for prime for prime, or at least him and each of these guys at their 160 lb. best.

    Steve Collins
    Michael Watson
    Nigel Benn
    Chris Eubank

    Here's what I think:

    Herol Graham W12 Steve Collins
    Michael Watson W12 Herol Graham
    Herol Graham W12 Nigel Benn
    Herol Graham W12 Chris Eubank

I think the Jackson one punch ko out of nowhere ruined Graham and the possiblility of any of these fights happening.

You have to favour Bomber over all really, he performed at a higher level for all the hype the overs received.

eubank thrived on people coming at him, herol is not a good matchup for him.

Collins would need to capitalise on the few chances he gets to stop herol, unlikely but far from impossible. the real question is whether HG can build up the necessary points win whilst on the run from such a pressure fighter.

Benn, well, it would be lights out if he caught him just once right. Can he achieve that? The longer the fight, the better the chance. But its not a great chance.

    Watto - not sure.

You're right. He's Irish. I guess I lumped him in because he fought quite a bit in England.

He schools both Collins and Eubank, Benn stops after being schooled for a few rounds. Watson not so sure.

"git me Hagler. I want Hagler."

That was his post fight catchphrase. Had to settle for Mike McCallum.

Good for him he never fought Hagler.

It still amazes me his management took the first Kalambay fight. He should have fought some tomato can, then he would have easily outboxed Iran Barkley for one of the vacant world middleweight titles. Instead, Kalambay took his place.

herol was never interested in faking it for ten years, he could easily have done that.

Herol never had the best of luck. Was based in Sheffield rather than London that didn't help his career plus he could make any fighter look stupid so people tended to avoid him .could have beaten the four on the list on a given night but also could have lost .benn could catch him and KO him .Collins might out work him .eubank might be to strong. Watson hard to say good boxer .was hammering Jackson and got caught

with a sucker punch .Herol was a very good fighter but not a lucky one.
