OK, not slow for his size, that's true, but not fast enough to keep an elite fighter off of him, either. Fury's speed is an enigma: When actually in a fight, it seems like every once in a while he can throw a very fast jab, followed by a very fast right, but 98% of the time his punches are so slow that he looks like he's just trying to push his opponent away. Maybe it's some mental thing. Anyway, this doesn't matter if Fury never learns to protect his noggin.

He is far from great; he is not still progressing as I see it. IMO. He has about topped out as far as skill and coordination given his age and amount of years he's already been fighting His reach and size when combined with his impressive movement and feints are his best asset as I see it. Being that big with that much leverage, you'd expect to see more power than he has I don't see him getting a better than he is now, but who knows? It's rather comical in the post fight interviews for him to say we only saw 60% log his skill. Lol But he did win and you have to acknowledge and commend that. But I see Fury getting thrashed in the rematch and put back in its place
Still stick with my first response. Better than I expected to be sure, but if he's forced to fight other top contenders (I.e. Ortiz, Wilder), I don't see him holding the title for long.

Yes Tyson is the best heavyweight.However I think Tyson matches up with Wladmir way better then any other heavyweight currently. I don't think Tyson has a easy nights work vs Haye, Joshua, Wilder.
First of all, John Fury IS scum, and pious scum at that. He gouged a guy's eye out over a pub disagreement but morally objects to swearing in an interview...
