I see GGG winning this. Toney would get frustrated and his showboating would probably cause him to get knocked down once or twice, losing him the decision.

Toney would outbox him pretty easily. This is James Toney we're talking about, not Willie Monroe.

Not a chance rofl. Heavyweights didn't come close to knocking Toney out. A fat ancient Toney made the distance against Lebedev ffs.

Speaks volumes when one of his hater trolls picks one of the GOAT chins then asks if GGG would KO him

They need to go to a boxing gym for a week.

    They'd soon change their mind.

You couldn't even imagine Toney beating him?

    That's a strong statement.

Golovkin hasn't beaten anyone elite as yet. There's still questions that need answering.

Toney has one of the strongest chins of all time. He could take GGG's shots.

This is "one of a kind" Gennady Golovkin we are talking abot, not Reggie Johnson or Sosa. Golovkin by a confident decision.

Stopping jt is unreasonable whend in tip top shape, which hadn't happened many x in his decades + long career.

This is the kind of fight both ofor them would cherrish. Jt would lose a wide ud, lots of the reason being jt would be on the ropes for rounds at a time, looking more to make him miss than make him pay.

I can't see jt ever beating one of G's level talent. . Never has happened and never could.

This. Even top heavyweights weren't able to knock out Toney.

James Toney is a top 10 counter puncher/cutie defensive in this modern era, Golovkin would be Toney's Doug Dewitt.... This is fact.

    Decision :smoke

GGG style will not work best vs Toney, James Toney weakness was a much faster guy that escapes the counters, not a physical guy trying to break him down

Getting the best middleweights to fight him, wouldn't give you much more info. Middleweight is far too weak right now for it to mean much. Out of the guys there now, or that GGG already beat, I don't think any of those guys would be top 10 guys during the 90s. Maybe Jacobs?
