Some of the comments on this thread are amazing

Saunders was getting battered by a man with a record of 14-11-1 and took the cowards way out.

He was getting his backside handed to him, he is another one of those fighters that had it his way for too long and the minute it got tough he bottled it.

Saunders was once number 1 amateur in the world. However he had too long a career in the vests. If he turned pro after the 2008 Games or even before he had the potential to be an outstanding pro.

However wrong career choices, a tough amateur career and a party lifestyle has decreased his stock severely.

Not looking good now for Bradley.

Joking aside, where can Saunders go from here? His reputation is utterly shot.

Bradley Saunders was world amateur #1 between tournaments.. bit like Deontay Wilder.. but never produced it in the championships..

All these amateur favorites stumbling at the hurdle Frankie Gavin/Luke Campbell/Bradley Saunders/even Joe Murray to a certain extent.. are all gonna come stronger in 2016.. rematches and all..

    Again just my op..

Why would he feed him to one of W arrens fighters? That wouldn't make any business sense!

If he does continue I can see him being put in with Dave Ryan tbh, it would be a war, Dave can be hurt but it would also give Bradley a route to domestic honours too.

With Bradleys hand problems I actually think he needs to be put into fights like Dave Ryan because he could break them against anyone and he would be best placed knowing the fight would do something for his career rather than just a warm up fight!

Not sure. He's got talent but lacks dedication which is shown by his conditioning, or lack of it. I think he believed he had the single punch power to take out most opponents, and when he found out fighters could take his best shots, he had no Plan B. Unless he goes back to the drawing board and starts working his nuts off, I'm not sure he's got many places he can go, tbh.
