Floyd's dared to be great????? Yet has only faced 2 legitimate elite/prime opponents his entire career???? Somehow managed to avoid Tszyu, Frietas, prime Mosley, prime Pac, Williams and wouldn't even rematch Oscar and opted to retire instead of honoring the rematch clause in what would have been the biggest pay day by far at the time. And to end his career, he faces a man who lost 50% of his last 6 fights, instead of fighting a catchweight fight vs a real, live, undefeated elite opponent?? Yea, Floyd really dared to be great. Really pushed the envelope and managed to only take fights where he was the glaring favorite to win.
    Floyd fans are so delusional.

Oscar started at SFW too? yet moved up to face both Sturm and Hopkins so STFU clown. Floyd had no issues facing Canelo or oscar at LMW, which is where GGG will come down. Its not unfamiliar territory whatsoever for Floyd.
But he won't do it because GGG's a legit threat. Floyd has never faced legit threats since Castillo. Can't believe you guys buy into floyds bs career.

Floyd is speaking the complete truth here and anyone unbiased can see that. It would appear this thread contains people who're very upset someone has said that Golovkin is beatable.

Hey ****boi oscar was bigger than pbf. He was draining himself to make 130 he used to get knocked down at that weight from being drained and weak despite having a great chin.

Pbf is almost 40 he's has fought in 5 weight classes he has nothing left to prove. Ggg is a career 160 pounder who still has alot to prove and hadn't moved up once. He ducked ward at 168 when he had a chance to prove himself.

it never ceases to amaze the lengths triple quack superfans will go to in order to try to feel "strong" on a message board.....ur just like pac fans

    here are facts

-ggg would rather stay at 160 than take on ward...its obvious and an obvious duck....one minutes gggs chasing fights at 160...the next hes dodging what would be the biggest fight of his career because 'unifying is his dream'....

-andre wards two years younger and has had a better career

-if ward fights kovalev in the next year or so...it will be better, no matter what the outcome, than anything ggg will ever do

these are just facts...i know thats its tough for you triple duck fans to face the truth...you were never good at it when u were pac fans either

GGG is clown who's too much of a coward to even move up one got damn division to challenge himself. He doesn't have the skills of a Mayweather to beat beat larger opponents whom he can't hurt

Whilst Golovkin may lose to Ward, he definitely has the ability to hurt him.

Golovkin will be making history, whilst Ward is talking.

Wards so called great resume is all smoke and mirrors. Whilst it is better than Golovkins currently if you take away Kessler and Froch his remaining resume is pretty tame.

You hit the nail on the head there, Golovkin's a career 160lb fighter so why should he have to move up?

GGG was willing to move down for a catchweight with Floyd, Ward isn't willing to do the catchweight. That's the same as GGG telling floyd to come up to 160, which is wasn't doing. Big difference momo.

LOL Floyd is so much of a coward, he opted for his health instead of fighting tiny little prime Pac. Now that is funny.

You're right, he doesn't have to move up but most all-time greats (other than most heavyweights, obviously) have fought and won titles in more that weight class and/or have a CV littered with wins against elite level boxers. So if GGG wants to get the recognition he craves he has to be prepared to move up and face genuine threats to his '0' rather than dine out on a 160lbs record littered with 'stellar' names like Geale, Murray and Lemieux. It seems GGG always wants the odds stacked in his favour. That's why I have him down as a great watch but not a great fighter.
