Paul Williams would have been a problem for 09 Pac.

Exactly. You could name 20 Welters that would be favored and probably would defeat Pacquiao. Most would KO him in fact.

Now at featherweight. The only TV generation fighter to be favored to best Pac is Salvador Sanchez.

People need to understand that Cotto is not an ATG.

You left out the fighter who actually did beat that version or better of Pacquiao.
    Juan Manuel Marquez

Marquez beat both the before and after versions of Pacquiao of the Cotto fight.

Marquez faced a much more frantic wildcat version of Pacquiao in 2004 at 126 lbs, dominated Pac after round 2.

Beat him again at 130 lbs in 2008 right after Pacquiao had destroyed Morales twice.

Again in 2011, where most fight fans thought Marquez would get brutalized.

......and we all know what happened in 2012. KTFO6!

You're right but JMM would have been included in my other 15 fighters.

Hahaha, right! I also like Holyfield's, Tyson's, & Lewis' chances. Maybe George Foreman too, who knows...

Pacquiao is a sucker for the right hand, Alexis Arguello would have put Pacquiao in a deeper sleep than the sleep Marquez put him in.

Wait so when did Marquez defeat the best version of Pacquiao? Because from what I can recall Marquez didn't have a victory over Pacquiao until he had gone to 147 pounds. LMAO, Pacquiao is 5'5.5", he's no Welterweight.

Only man to defeat Pacquiao when he was a wildcat was Morales, which is why El Terrible is so respected.

Freddie Roach, Pacquiao's trainer, said Mayweather is the greatest fighter of this era, this era includes 2009

Many, many men could have beaten him. 38 year old Floyd probably does as well
