Ggg is still on his way up. Whether he beats Mayweather/Marciano (u forgot to mention it's HIS record initially) is still hard to tell.

Funny thing is that a lot are fans or at least defending the guys that run like hell from Golovkin and then blame Gennady for not sharing the ring with them.

 

Golovkin just needs to beat Saunders and Canelo, and his record will be better than many. If he then beats Eubank Jr and possibly a couple more good young guys, moves up and gets a couple SMW belts, then he will be an ATG.

2 things I'd like to point out.
1.Nobody wants to fight GGG at 160.
2.Even though it's not the greatest of all time, Calzaghe actually has a good resume if you can look at it objectively.

Nope. If that happened it would be due to some cosmic event that crushes K2 leaving GiGi with another promoter.
Otherwise, GiGi will stay firm in the weak MW division and gain all the benefits from defeating inferior C & B level opponents. Just like Calzaghe.
The only difference is today the MW division is much weaker than in Calzaghe's era.
