He definitely would. Doesn't seem to want to give Brook the payday, though.

More to the point, how as such an inactive, an suspect fighter become mandatory?
    Nice payday, Joke.

Just get back fighting Khan, why is he just sitting around doing nothing. Brooke fight is a 4 to 5 million pound pay day for him

Whichever he chooses - Garcia or Brook - he'll be accused of ducking the other.

Easy to explain that, Khan is former world champ at 140 and at 147 he has wins against Alegiri, Collazo, and Alexander who were all world champions themselves.

How does Brook get to defend title back-to-back against one pastry after another? I mean how do guys like Ian Don Dan, Frankie Gavin, and Bizier become 'mandatory'! This is a big joke! Imagine the outcry if Khan had defended back-to-back against these three, the hypocrisy is glaringly obvious.

What world title has Khan won at 147?

Khan seriously needs to step up now. It's been way to long.

Nothing to do with that. Khan is mandatory because he holds the Silver Title. He's been the mandatory for about 18 months, unlike the IBF however the WBC ain't so strict at enforcing.

for me khan can beat both guys with ease IF and i mean IF he can resist his urge for a tear up. He normally takes far too many shots if he just boxes and goes in out neither guy can really touch him. Khans a very exciting fighter so quick and always has the vulnerability of being KO'd. Brook is a one dimensional fighter yet for some reason everyone loves to Lisping ****er. hes fought absolute Bums and keeps doing it yet every man and his dog is Wan*ing him off. Probs because Sky and eddie are up his ****... remember his best win is v Shaun porter who was knocked down off Broner :D

When Khan does return, this will probably be the most time that he has been inactive in his career, I knew he said he always wanted to retire by 2015 but come on...

Dodging opponents and getting screwed over by Floyd.

    :rofl
