Yes he is. This dude has the total package for s.t.a.r.d.om if he is guided right. He improves every fight. Shout out again to CST80 for putting me up on Plant. Plant is the future.

Caleb was setup with an undersized midget dance partner and looked like @ss while waltzing around

Do you have a mutant negative gene? Or do you just wake up every morning and think, "I must say or write something stupid today."

Too early to tell. GGG looked like **** against a 5'7" Stevens. He gave him a good fight before the stoppage. So saying a guy looked like ass while he is climbing the ranks is unfair.:-(

Caleb held every advantage over his foe, size, speed , power (not sure how good) yet all he could do is clown around and show boat. He needs to learn some discipline and take care of business especially against someone so overmatched

He's looked pretty average in his last 3 matches, I had high hopes but they're fading a little, I'm not nearly as hyped as you seem to be. He needs to work on a few things and its far too soon to put him in with a real challenge, but the potential is still there.

And by the way if he's a future champion it'll be in the MIDDLEWEIGHT division.

Brain farts happen. I meant middleweight. Caleb's team wants him to get in rounds. So he has carried some opponents and then finished them as he should.

:yep and Plant is taller than 3 of the 168 pound titlists, Badou Jack being the only one to rival him at 6ft1

This guy is a PROSPECT. He needs a lot of work. I just watched one of his fights. That's the difference between young Russians and Americans now, Americans don't learn anything in the amateurs; elite Russians are fringe contenders after 5 fights. They come in after training in an academy - eating, drinking, and thinking boxing for 8 years and 300 fights.

American amateurs used to train like that, but now, its something you do when you can't make the football team.

I guess this is why there are no Russian football players. I have to agree to a certain point however. The problem in America is funding and American sports media and public priorities. Most amateur boxing gyms in America are struggling to pay the rent. Let alone have the funds to travel to shows or to find good sparring. Our gym is in the middle of nowhere in western Kansas. However there are as many if not more gyms and boxers in western Kansas as there are in the rest of the state. We have a strong Mexican population and 90% of our boxers are Mexican or Hispanic. We have strong public support for our gym because of the positive effect it has had on the youth of the area and the public in general. We get regular grants and assistant from many organizations. This is not true of most of the other American gyms. We don't have the government support of places like Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mexico or many Eastern block countries.
