Okay, must've misspelled his name then. I put it on the "find on page" it didn't show up. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to re-calculate my total with Erick de Leon removed. I'll do it later. I don't have my calculator right now.
Just a suggestion...feel free to kick my fat ass, call me stupid, mock my ignorance, etc But I feel there should be some type of penalty that prohibits an established promoter from drafting when new promoters are drafting. Maybe a two or three day hiatus during New Promoter initial start-up...!!! Reason behind this: Established promoter & new promoter can be involved in collusion. EXAMPLE: New Promoter wants BOXER A for $10,000. Established Promoter buys BOXER A for $5,000 and sells to New Promoter for $7,500...both "technically" make money off a boxer. If its too complicated, just let me know...!!! Just trying to work out some kinks...!!!
Sounds good to me, that's why I got in my remaining drafts before Mexi-Box went. But from here on out, that can be the new rule.
Just for clarification: The TWO Options the new promoter has are: 1 ) Established Promoter does not have to offer Top Ten boxer, but if he does: 1 a) Take an established promoter's Top Ten Pick in the draft 1b ) New Promoter spends 50% or $5,000,000 on pick 1 c) Established promoter is compensated $15,000,000 from the league or: 2 ) New Promoter drafts ONE undrafted Top Ten / Top Twenty boxer for an 20% cost. Is this correct...???
Established Promoters don't have to offer up a top ten fighter if they don't want, but have to offer 3 of their choosing, but if they do offer a Top Ten Guy and their fighter is chosen they get compensated $15,000,000. That's to entice them into it. If no promoter offers up a top ten guy then the new player will be able to choose One Top Twenty Ranked Guy for 80% Off of the original price.
Remember you're Trotsky you love details and writing manifestos, I'm Lenin I'm the big picture guy and also the great communicator.
Yeah, Ima use to writing contract drafts, and having to cover every possible loophole, so I went a little overboard on the rules, but I'd rather have too many and some uniform detail than not enough and chaos erupts...!!!
New Rules Implemented: Original New Promoter Rules has been rescinded, effective immediately. New Promoter Rules are now: Updated January 25, 2016 The TWO Options the new promoter has are: 1 ) Established Promoter does not have to offer Top Ten boxer, but if he does: 1 a) Take an established promoter's Top Ten Pick in the draft 1b ) New Promoter spends 50% or $5,000,000 on pick 1 c) Established promoter is compensated $15,000,000 from the league or: 2 ) New Promoter drafts ONE undrafted Top Ten / Top Twenty boxer for an 20% cost. 3 ) All established promoters will have their drafting of free agents ceased for TWO Days so: 3 a) New Promoter can finalize their respective rosters 3 b) New Promoter can initiate trades with established promoters 3b 1) Established promoters can not initiate trades with New promoters during these TWO Days 3 c) After the TWO Days have evaporated, free agency, trades, etc. is re-opened for ALL promoters
Why do you think I'm such a good writer, simplicity is key, the more complicated the writing the more people lose interest. I'm a small scale master propagandist. :yep Look at my Educate Yourselves Compendium for evidence of that. It's also why I don't like getting mired in long ass discussions about styles yadda yadda yadda that **** bores me, people just have to trust that I know my ****, I just don't like typing it.:tired
See I hate simple typing, I have to incorporate long ass diatribes, or I feel Ima missing something relevant to the discussion. Plus my job entailed me having to cover all angles, make sure the bag is sewn shut and not possible tear or hole can cause any vital information to spill...!!! Guess that's why are writing styles compliment each other so well, Ima the one that does the detailed work, and you put it in context that is easier to understand...!!!
