Another atrocious argument and post. To somehow conflate ppv sales with quality of wins is simply laughable at best... idiotic at worst. We're talking about who fought the better fighters, not who had the biggest ppv sales. Jesus H. Christ, try and make actual sense when you post and stop moving the goalposts. If this discussion was who is the biggest PPV draw or made the most money.. your post would be relevant. Sadly it's not.
lol Floyd Mayweather states in videos that he is TBE not only because of his abilities in the ring but also because he has the highest PPV numbers. These Floyd fanboys just soak it all up, they apotheosise him to such an extent that they literally believe everything he says must be right. DubbleChin therefore feels FMJ having the highest PPV numbers does mean something very profound in this discussion.
You're merely stooping to insulting the the person you're debating with when you aren't smart enough to debate the facts. I insulted your post because you failing to use adequate reading comprehension and didn't address one of my points. Strange combination of subjects. Looks like daddies money couldn't buy you a reading comprehension or common sense. Debate the facts or leave the thread. Pick one boxer I've criticised and make a counter argument, just one, challenge yourself.
So now you are claiming he was " shot " can we assume the shoulder injury excuse was just horse sh&t?
Fine ... which of these Whitaker opponents beats these Mayweather victims? 1. Chavez - Oscar De La Hoya 2. Nelson - Genaro Hernandez 3. McGirt - Manny Pacquaio 4. Ramirez - Jose Luis Castillo 5. Vasquez - Canelo Alvarez 6. Nazario - Arturo Gatti 7. Hurtado - Miguel Cotto 8. Brazier - Juan Manuel Marquez 9. Haugen - Ricky Hatton 10. Rivera - Shane Mosley I don't know if they all match up exactly. Because when your 10 best wins list includes freaking Harold Brazier, Juan Nazario, Diosbelys Hurtado and Wilfredo Rivera ... it's a pretty pathetic top 10. I felt bad leaving off Diego Corrales. He'd probably beat half the guys on that list himself (like Haugen, Brazier, Rivera, Hurtado,Nazario ... maybe even Nelson at 130.) Hell Corrales beats almost all of them on Pernell's list, actually. And I didn't even think to include him. :good Going into a deep dive ... I wonder how many of Pernell's best wins you listed there ANGEL MANFREDY would've even beaten? Probably more than a few. (Certainly a Nazario and a Brazier.) Mayweather's record blows Whitaker's out of the water. Deal with it.:hi:
You say that the other clown picking Corrales over Nelson is ridiculous which i agree but then you go and post this ****. Pea #2 ATG atsch Floyd #6 LW atsch Pea #4 WW atsch Put the pipe down son.
I'm not reading anywhere in that post that he favors Corrales over Nelson. He would be live though, especially at 135.
Corrales didn't make my list. You, on the other hand, actually included names like Harold Brazier, Wilfredo Rivera, Juan Nazario ... I guess you couldn't put Jorge Paez on there ... because even Manfredy knocked him out.:-( Thanks for playing.
