David Tua was also knocked out in the amateurs. Does that mean he had a glass jaw in the pros, you re****?

You failed to answer the question.

David Tua was also knocked out in the amateurs. Does that mean he had a glass jaw in the pros?

That means absolutely nothing for a fight at 175 because Roy wasn't 175 when he fought at heavyweight.

Pac destroyed Cotto. That didn't stop Singsurat from taking him out early at 112 despite the fact that Cotto would murder Singsurat.

Mayweather-Castillo is another example. Floyd dropped more rounds to him than to bigger fighters that would've beaten Castillo more comfortably.

I've got no problem with anyone picking Roy here, but Ruiz has nothing to do with it.

At 175, Roy lacked the durability and power to really compete with the historical elite. Probably the weakest stage of his prime as all that muscle mass started to take a toll and make him look more human.

Charles, Moore, Spinks, Bivins...would all knock him out. Kov has a good shot too.

Kovalev is not a historic elite.

He is shaping up to be, his power especially is the most devastating I've seen in the division.

Foster was a better pure puncher, but Kov damages fighters with jabs, glancing blows, and arm punches where his feet aren't even set.

    Tua has a good chin.

    Kovalev does not.

The right answer would be that amateur fights don't really matter in the pros.

Otherwise show me the proof that Kovalev showed a bad chin in a PROFESSIONAL fight.

Getting knocked COLD in full headgear is not a good sign... amateur or pro.

Kova's leg went stiff when B-Pops hit him in the 10th.

He got dropped by Blake Cra.parillo.

Whenever he gets his eyes bounce around in his head. That ain't good.

So his legs went stiff. Caparello knocked him down but it was due to Kovalev being off balance after being stepped on his feet and it had nothing to do with his chin. So we only have that his legs went stiff stuff so far.
