It should be, but unless network spending turns around, that's not going to be the case. We either get matchups that shouldn't be on PPV on PPV, or we don't get those matchups made at all. What sucks right now is there are a number of fights too big for networks to spend to make, and not big enough for them to risk putting on PPV. So there's quality fights to be made that we won't see because they're in that "dead zone".

If i had to bet my house on the fight, i'd pick kovalev by mid round KO/TKO, BUT he seems to eat a lot of leather in the process of winning, and against Stevenson that would be suicide. As for the duck story, the Duva purse bid shennanigans are well documented, however its purely and simply the networks causing the issues not the fighters.
Stevenson has no contract with showtime and has not fought on sho for a few fights now so it is a way of ducking :good Stevenson knew that involving showtime would make it a non starter pretty sad since he has no contract with sho and was offered 50-50.
Stevenson would be similar to Pascal with his hard wild shots. Maybe he connects once or twice with a lucky shot. Not gonna change anything - he still get knocked out like a beeetoch just like the way Darnell done him. I bet he cries at the end. Be terrible if Kovalev came to the ring carrying bananas.
