The BBB of C should not being saying this. Anyone who can pass all the tests required should be entitled to a licence. That is the only justification for the sport to be legal in this era.

That said, if Bruno were to pass all the tests, then the BBB of C need to reassess the tests...

He was sectioned in September, how on earth could he be ready to fight again? I think they're right to tell him not to bother applying for a license.

He is entitled to apply, it is not for anyone, even the BBB of C to say otherwise, but as I suggested something would be wrong if he passed all the tests required.

I hope so; it is a lot easier than taking punches to your head in your mid 50s...

Sad news that it's even being considered, hope it doesn't happen for obvious reasons. Perspective though as the articles and thread seem a bit misleading - he's said he wants to return, not is definitely returning.

I don't think the BBBC will grant a license surely? And let's hope some random other country doesn't either. He needs protecting from himself. I've seen the YouTube clip of him on the pads with Hatton and 'slow' doesn't even begin to describe it...

Bruno would beat a lot of these Foreman style.. he was just all hands and no footwork.. that's why he couldn't beat a Tyson..

Although it would be great if the oldies could have a belt of their own.. it's still a disadvantage..

Kmoan.. if Hopkins can ease back with no sweat.. say he could.. why not let Bruno/Eubank/Benn/Collins back and all that?

You can't let one and not the other..

Bruno would knock A-FARCE out today.

If A-FARCE had the ***** to take the challenge

Has Bruno turned to Mecca? Pick of him on front of Daily Mirror is a bit suspect.

Being fit and in shape for 54 does not equal being in a fit state to fight as a prizefighter. He is clearly unwell mentally. The best thing is for him to get the support he needs. I wish him well.

Well not really fair he did beat McCall . Bruno was fringe back in the day but a prime Bruno now would be top 3 and maybe have a chance of being the man.
