Hopkins said Abraham didn't want it. So I'm fairly certain he was referring to someone else.

Chavez Jr would be a good $$ making fight for Hopkins.

Yeah, and that's the most winnable fight out there for Hopkins that would bring him money.

Even still, Hopkins is nuts if he thinks he'd be the underdog against Chavez.

I hope it's Genady. It would be a sick fight.

Oh definitely, it'll be a nice goodbye fight after his incredible 25 ish years in the sport.
Effect of laziness on Chavez's body > Effect of ageing of Bernard.

:lol: Keep dreaming. The only way this fight would happen is if BHOP were really sick and K2 knew it.

Personally I'd like nothing more than to see him humiliate Stevenson. Lots of exciting, unrealistic possibilities. Jr sounds good too.
Honestly though, he could fight Tony Dodson and wouldn't lose any respect from me at this point.

Bernard Hopkins Vs Roy Jones lll.

BHOP has little power left, but maybe just enough to put Roy to sleep one last time.

I hope it would be GGG...but I can't honestly see that occuring...Is Evander Holyfield still fighting?
Addendum: I think it might be Stevenson...

No, but that's heavyweight and if BHOP could make that weight he may as well go for Haye. He did actually call Haye out a time or two, and so did Toney. I recall Haye responding to each that he was scheduled for toe surgery.

Just seen the interview, really intriguing. 80/20 underdog, more dangerous than Abraham, I don't see anyone fitting the bill other than GGG, Ward, Froch or some top cruiserweight. :think
