How bad will Khan get beat?

Hes not a huge puncher in the kinda Benn, Mclellen, Pryor mould but he hits more than hard enough to take Khan out.

He absolutely tooled James Kirkland and who doesn't have that sturdy a chin so im expecting a repeat of that.

Khan has been decked and hurt by none punchers and was hammed by Garcia and Canelo is probably a bit of a bigger puncher.

 

Can't see anything besides the money, but there will be lots of it

Cinco de Mayo - will do massive numbers in Mexico so needs a big name. Suspect he bossed the negotiations and doesnt see too much of a risk. also be big numbers in UK - this forum has been pretty flat lately but has lit up in last 24 hours

I don't like what Canelo is doing to Middleweight title but that isnt gonna stop be buying the fight

 

Canelo gets the opportunity to fight someone else other than golovkin, that's the only reason he needs in his own head to justify a fight against anyone at the moment.

 

I've heard/read a lot lately about Canelo ducking GGG, do you honestly believe that ?? He really doesn't strike me as the kind of fighter who is intimidated about getting in the ring with anybody, I thought it was purely a case of not agreeing a catch weight that suits them both.

 

Opens up another discussion that though. He has a 160 belt so there shouldn't even be a catchweight

Why would he need a catch weight to fight golovkin? He's the lineal middleweight champ and comes into the ring at 173lbs. Golovkin is his mandatory so he HAS to fight at 160 or drop the belt, my money is on him dropping the belt.

 

I don't like Khan at all..

Khan's watched Canelo, specifically the Mayweather fight, and realises that he's not the quickest on his feet.

Khan has b@lls, but as we've seen numerous times he can be prone to do a little dance when hit flush on the button.

His feet will literally have be on fire, getting in and out of range letting his hands go then spinning off... basically he'll have to shoe shine his way to a points win.

If he jumps in and lets his hands go, but stays there too long - like he did against Garcia - his jaw will end up in Timbuktu.

Khan looked at the Pac vs Algeri fight and thought he could do as well as Pac did, and he got it totally wrong. He has now looked at the Mayweather vs Alvarez fight and thinks he can implement the same winning formula as Mayweather did.

Khan may have speed, but with extra weight, that might slow him down. If Khans punches do not affect Alvarez, then he is in trouble as Alvarez will walk him down and begin to catch him on the ropes. Alvarez may not be the fastest on his feet, but he has a great technique and is amazingly accurate. Khan's only chance to to get in and out, on the move and off the ropes and attempt a points win, but it's a long shot for 12 rounds.

 

Damn it really must hurt that Khan the immigrant will make more money in this one fight then you will make in your whole lifetime.

Must be a real dull existence having that much hate.
