If Wilder vacates his title and avoids Povetkin, I will no longer be a fan. He's already making it hard to be a fan with 3 easy defenses in a row. If Povetkin wants to make the fight (not sure if he does), the only acceptable reason for not fighting him is if Wilder fights Fury for unification.
I'd be very disappointed with that decision but I know for certain that has zero chance of happening. DW wants all the belts, and vacating does nothing towards his goals. That's a very easy defense, easiest one he'll of had, you'll see how clueless some of you are. Whoever thinks povetkin has any chance what so ever are straight up delusional and pretty bad boxing judges of talent
Said it before and will go on record as saying it again, if Wilder vacates the WBC just to fight for that Mickey Mouse belt Fury got stripped of for no good reason, that's an undeniable duck of Povetkin and would be proof he's not really serious about being undisputed world champion, and I'd probably lose respect for and quit following him.
Who's fault then? Don't tell me nobody else wanted to step up. With 4 week training camps and $200k paychecks for a HW title bout he is lowballing very low quality HW contenders indeed.
**** eating foreigner?? You're a piece of ****. It's really a shame me taxes go to subsidize your housing
so you think molina, duhaupaus, and szpilka all beat poverkin? and you question others ability to judge boxing talent? smh.
If he vacates his title and fight Fury next, I don't see any reason why anyone will consider it cowardice.
