    Klitschko's greatness is derived from his longevity and that's it. He only fought one way and his size contributed to the majority of his wins. The greatest heavyweights were versatile in every aspect of the fight game. I've seen Ali do it all. He is truly the greatest.

    Wlad i can i understand to a certain extent.

    Vitali and Holyfield ranked same?

    Vitali? who the **** did he ever beat?

    If Vitalis on that list, Tyson should be on there, seeing hes greater than Vitali.

    Tyson Fury - if he beats wk in the rematch.
    Wladimir Klitschko.
    Lennox Lewis.
    Vitali Klitschko.

    I would say we have a great top 4 all time.

    Then it gets very hard to determine the next one... in no order:

    Bowe.
    Tyson.
    Holyfield.
    Foreman.
    Haye.
    Sanders.
    Ali.

    It's hard, Tyson would struggle against tall fighters from our modern era. But knock out -for him - reachable opponents much easier than the rest of them.

    As I see it, Sanders would win against all the so called big strong guys of the past, but might lose against quick stamina machines like Ali and Holmes.

    David Haye is small today, but big enough against small historical characters such as George Foreman for instance.

    You forgot one thing...his size. If not for his massive size, I honestly don't think he achieves as much success as his careers indicates. Bring him down to Ali's size & Ali cuts him to ribbons. Ever Ernie Shavers would have knocked his head off.

    BTW, I'm 63 & have been watching since I was less than 10 yrs old. My Dad boxed Pro during the Depression & I was exposed to the sport at an early age.

    Good luck with you an*lysis of Wlad.:bbb

    Not sure whats Wladimir exact ATG ranking, but it falls beneath:
    * Lennox Lewis
    * Mike Tyson
    * Evander Holyfield
    * SNV

    I am being modest listing these names out of his era that are definitely ahead of Wlad & were ducked for a Great reason. You obviously can add much more names ahead of Wlad, but I am just listing 4 that can't be denied superiority over Wlad

    That ATG ranking of these 4 Heavyweights varies depending on who are speaking to: Top 10, Top 50, Top 100...Regardless of how high or low they are ranked, Wlad is below those 4 Heavyweights
