He really deserves huge respect. And indeed prime Thompson was a better fighter than Martin, Glazkov, Szpilka who fought for a world title just a few weeks back. And maybe even Wilder.

He should be facing Ustinov in May or June. The winner of that fight gets a shot as a WBA mandatory against the Fury/Klitschko II winner. Ortiz might very well be world champ by the end of the year, I give him a fair chance against both Fury and Klit.
don't forget he repeatedly called out fury, who wanted no part of him. thompson is old school, not even a thought of avoiding another fighter enters his head.
