Well, GGG already has a planned unification fight in Sept (hopefully!) and has tried to make a fight with the other world champion. More ot the point, he has already managed to achieve a unification fight. So i do think their situations are different.

Has Hearn actually made proper offers to anyone other than Chaves? Even Chaves is only decent really, still not top tier but a more than acceptable fight.

I hate the 'business' side of things but he really isn't a draw. he won a close fight against Porter and hasn't even come close to doing anything of note since. He's been unfortunate with the injuries et al but he could still be using interviews to try and call out fighters beyond Khan.

Because he CHOSE Frankie Gavin as a voluntary?

    He's supposed to travel again.

Kell's biggest win, ironically, came on the road. With Haymon's power and Hearns bushiness model (domestic fights), Kell has to travel...

I know all that but as I said, my point was maybe, like GGG, Kell is trying to fight top opponents and isn't necessarily to blame for being unable to do so.

Well they made offers to Rios but were unable to reach an agreement. Rios then went on to fight Bradley, probably because Bradley was able to offer more money as people in America actually know who he is.

He could call guys out that's true but it will probably take a bit more than that (like being able to offer as much or more money than the alternatives) to actually make fights happen. These good opponents will weigh up the risk vs reward before choosing who they fight. As you said there is a business side to this.

How is he supposed to get guys to fight him rather than fight Bradley, Broner, Garcia, Khan, thurman etc? Just being willing to travel probably won't be good enough as those alternatives are also willing to fight in the US.

Kell got that biggest win as his opponent had to fight him as he was mandatory challenger. Kell was also thought of as lower risk back then due to his weak resume. Now more people realise that Brook is high risk (and relatively low reward). How do you know Kell isn't willing to travel btw?

Kell may be to blame (or partly to blame) for not getting top opponents or he may not. Can't just assume that Kell can fight whoever he wants, whenever he wants. Why would guys fight Brook when they can fight others for less risk and/or more reward?

He might be but the difference for me - with regards to specifically GGG - is that people have gone on record to say they don't want to fight him. We can only speculate with Kell but I suspect it's much more to do with Eddie not willing to pay to bring them over (which i imagine was the case with Rios).

It's probably Eddie as much as anything really, think it's rare for a fighter to specifically avoid fighting anyone

Yes pal. Also beat Edwin Rodriguez (boxed Andre Ward for world s/middle title) and Shawn Estrada (olympian and undefeated s/middle).
