He simply doesn't hit harder than Kovalev. Not even close.

Don't think Golovkin can generate the same force as Kovalev does but he is more awkward and can land from more angles which contributes to his overall power display.

Because he's fighting bums. Bums fall rather quickly and easily. Wait for him(don't hold your breath for that) to fight someone competent for a much needed rare change and watch him go the distance without freely plodding forward and landing at will.

We'll get some answers when he moves up to SMW.

I seriously doubt he hits as hard as Kov

    Have to agree with this.

GGG damages people because he outboxes them, and uses tapping feints a ton as well as occasional odd angles so a shelled up guy isn't prepared for the actual loaded shot.

Element of surprise. Surprise in combat usually isn't something you truly didn't see coming. It's something you saw coming but mistook for something else.

He doesnt! Could you imagine murray lasting 4 rounds with kovalev? Let alone surviving into the championship rounds?

Kovalev hits much harder and it isn't even close. Trust the art not the artist.

Maybe to a pro-American casual fan, but in real life It is not. Saunders and Jacobs are much better p4p fighters than Wilder and Martin.

It's really funny that people seriously believe a relatively small middleweight could possibly hit harder than a big light heavyweight who has absouletly monstrous power.
