I'm not comparing GGG's power to Hearns' and certainly not Julian Jackson's. But both him and Kovalev have huge power.

who can knock him out from 160-168 other then ggg?

i even have doubts kovalev could knock him out murray is very big comes in at 185 on fight night

Not it's not like that at all.
There is no technique involved in turning on a light.
Why do some people throw a baseball 30mph faster when they are much smaller?
Mechanics, or technique if you will.

But, it is doubtful he hits harder than Kovalev, who already brings it.

    Sheesh ESB mods.

You ran all the real boxing fans away and this is what you're left with?

Even Farmy is closer to earth than this clueless hoard, and that's a hell of a statement. :barf

The Hawk and the Motor City Cobra were two guys who embodied the term "One Punch KO Power"...

Technique and natural P4P strength/power. The size difference between GGG and Kovalev isn't all that big anyway
I wouldn't be surprised if Pacquiao hit harder than Thurman or Mike Tyson hit harder than Wlad etc. It's possible for smaller guys to hit harder than bigger guys when the size difference isn't that huge.

Arthur Abraham isn't even a real 168lb'er. A REAL 168lb'er, someone like Froch, would have decapitated Murray.

    GTFOOH...

He said that Kovalev has "monstrous power". He does. Anyone who denies that is lacking in objectivity.

What does it matter whether he's knocking out people with "power of their own"? That's entirely irrelevant and says nothing about Kovalev's power, but rather something dealing more along the lines of punch resistance and durability.

Tommy Hearns was stopped by guys with far less power than he possessed. And yet, that has no impact whatsoever on the fact that Hearns possessed monstrous power.

He has good genetics, good technique, and he works out. But his power is sometimes exaggerated. If you see a guy knocking all of his opponents silly, it's usually just a sign that they are over matched and he needs to step up his competition. That's what it means with guys like Wilder anyway. Yeah, Wilder hits hard, but he wouldn't be battering Povetkin, Klitschko, Fury, Ortiz, etc around like he has most of his opponents.

the difference between golovkin and wilder is their fundamentals. golovkin has abnormally solid fundamentals for a pressure fighter, he's sound while deontay wilder is NOT. he only has power to rely on, he doesn't have any skill. i don't think his power is exaggerated because as someone already mentioned: heavyweights speak highly of his power and some of them have said he hits harder than some of their opponents. kovalev himself said that golovkin hits harder than him
