What light heavyweights did Toney fight that resembled Foster for class and power? We never saw him in with a 175 even remotely like Foster.

Not saying Foster could do it, but it's more Toney's exploits at Heavyweight than light heavyweight he might be being judged on.

What would you pinpoint as Toney's biggest moments chin wise? What opponent and at what moments would you put forward as "omfg how in the hell did he take that shot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".

I'm a bit rusty, i will go and view said moments and brush back up on Toney's chin defining exploits.

I'll review the tape. 1/100th as good a fighter as Foster tho, also remembering Toney had bulked up to heavyweight himself. Toney didn't take Peters shots at 175.

I just though of a guy who had the power but was a long shot to land it. Anybody else think Julian Jackson could have KO'ed him?

I'm thinking Toney would have had him out of there before he did much damage.

As said Toney has never faced anything like Foster at 175. I'm not sure i take complete stock in what he soaked up at heavyweight with about 6 inches of extra fat on his neck and another 2 or so spread evenly around his complete melon.

It would be a tough job for anyone below heavy.

At heavy ? Plenty of the quality guys with a punch -

    Louis
    Liston
    Foreman
    Frazier
    Lewis

    To name 5.

Even so called non punchers such as Ali and Holmes could do it with an accumulation of shots.

So what we've got here is a 35 + year old fat Toney fighting at Heavy and the usual suspects screaming a prime 87 Tyson stops him. How about the 30+ version of Tyson. I'd back Toney to stop him inside 6 rounds, never mind lose to him.

Typical ESB logic, the worst of one fighter v the best of another.

With a punch? Keep dreaming. Foreman would have a hard time finding a clear target with toney
