I want to say that all this unprofessional pre-fight theatrics started in the sixties with Ali, but from what I've read about the bare knuckle days, they seem to have their own share of knuckleheads.

Can't argue with Hagler's class. He's always been my favourite fighter of all time although I may have somewhat inherited that from my father who met him just before the Minter fight and said he was as nice a man as you could hope to meet.
