Totally agree, regardless who anyone wants or thinks will win the fight we should all hope both boxers come out fight safe and well to go home to their families. Weird thing us as well Quigg is the bigger puncher who can take a shot better so is most likely to win fight if by stoppage.

I met up with a bunch of forum lads when Froch fought Dirrell.

Great bunch of lads, and we had a entertaining afternoon/evening around Nottingham, but paid the price the next morning. :dead

And that quigg has taken punishment. Frampton ended up in hospital after the Kiko fight. I don't think I've ever seen quigg marked up apart from the solinas fight

The lads from the British Boxing Forum used to be the most clued up bunch on ESB, but they've all mostly left for pastures new now due to the idiots on here.

I'd never met any of them before, and only knew them by their forum names, but we all got on like old friends.

It's a shame that they don't bother with this place anymore, but its changed a lot ( for the worse ).

So no Englishman or Scotsman or Welshman has ever decided enough was enough and stayed on their stool? That's never happened?

Quigg and his team are desperate. They're gonna try every trick in the book to try and walk Frampton onto the same type of hit and hope shot that caught Martinez. They're not confident... just manipulative. Eddie Hearn has always known that Frampton would win, and Quigg hasn't really changed as a fighter. Now he's trying to convince people and people are buyin it. Quigg hasn't a hope in this fight. And if they're just hoping to land that one shot, Frampton will have his easiest night in boxing. The smell of desperation from Team Quigg.

I kind of agree to an extent because this fight doesn't need selling so no need for quigg to be talking like that. quigg never is disrespectful or says stuff like this so why start now. it does look like all he is trying to do is wind Frampton up and get him to brawl

At first I disagreed with you about Quigg being an 'easy' nights work for Carl.
But the more I look at the relative levels of both men the more Im starting to think you just might be right, McGuinty!

I feel like frampton is spouting what his team are telling him about how easy it will be and he can just out box him but I feel like he's got a bit of doubt there. I bet he's really quiet in the gloves are off he won't be mouthing off like in Belfast because quigg a team said he was rattled so they now won't want to seem rattled. He also seems to think that iq will win him the fight and keeps saying quigg eats crayons. Iq and boxing iq are two different things you don't have to be a rocket scientist to be a good fighter and read fights. Furey just showed that against klitchko. And all this **** about quigg can't box. He won't the Abas in what was it 8 amateur fights. If Carl is arrogant enough to believe what he is saying he will be in for Texas round 1 all over again. The polls have it at virtually 50/50 now but if you think of all the support Carl has that means most of the neutrals must fancy quigg for the job or they would be at a landslide in frampton a favour
