You are one special breed of dumbass probably a product of inbreeding, hes a bum cause he retired undefeated with half of his fights having been for a world title great logic you have there nerd. maybe he should come back and ask some fan to pay 100k to fight him thats what clowns like you respect on this site. Hopkins at 51 is trying to fight GGG, Roy at 47 is asking to fight a fan.

    This sums them up perfectly.

    Hopkins>>>>>>>>Jones.

    Very weak arguments,mate!
Jones only fought in the USA(in his prime).Ottke made big bucks in Germany. Why the hell should he have fought abroad????
Ottke had a very debatable victory over Reid and some close fights(Brewer,L****n).However,he beat the likes of Glen Johnson,Anthony Mundine,Byron Mitchell,Rudy Markussen,James Butler,Silvio Branco and Thomas Tate fair and square.
Sure, everyone got bored silly watching him fight with his boring style but his record is quite impressive and he retired undefeated. He should have given Reid a rematch though.
    A bum??? Nah!

I still think that he would have been the huge underdog against a prime Jones, but your arguments(bum, didnt fight in the USA,joke) are truly weak.
Like him or not but Ottke was an outstanding sprinter who could run circles around you.His stamina was also outstanding, and so was his defence.
He was no bum,and his record speaks for itself.

That guy is a clown i bet you he never saw one single Ottke fight. Hes a boxrec warrior and a parrot just parroting what other clowns say and going for boxrec as his main source of information. Hes the same clown that hates on Mayweather and GGG cause according to him they are duckers but then hes a groupie of one of the biggest duckers in boxing history in Roy Jones, how can you take this clown serious.

Lets not forget that when Jones beat Hopkins, it was at a time that it took Hopkins another 2 attempts to win a world title and lets not forget that Hopkins was in a bad wy against Mercado and put down twice. We can call that altitude if that suits.
When Jones fought Toney, Toney was alledgely weight troubled and was having several fights above SMW, not to mention had struggled in his previous fight whilst not facing top SMWs. In fact how many questionable decisions had Toney had at that time? Williams, Tiberi, McCallum, Johnson, Sosa? Theres a few there

What difference does it make that Ottke retired? He retired after 22 world title wins, also you note he only fought in Germany. What does that matter? Jones stayed in America throughout his title defences. Toney and Hopkins didnt get to 34-0-0

Fact 1. Ottke's resume am and pro>>>Roy's and by a country mile

Fact 2. Ottke>>Roy when it comes to performances against common opponents

Fact 3. Ottke has only been knocked down once as a pro, Roy has been savagely KO'd hundreds of times (OK hundreds was a slight exaggeration).

Fact 4. Despite Ottke having a style that was much better suited to the amateurs than pros, he won a world title in just his 13th pro fight. By way of contrast Roy didn't win his until his 22nd pro outing.

Fact 5. Due to Ottke's ridiculously extensive amateur career (almost 320 fights) he was shot to bits long before he even turned pro.

Fact 6. Ottke is undefeated, Roy has been bested almost 10 times.

Fact 7. Ottke didn't have to pump himself full of PEDs to achieve greatness, Roy did so his entire career and as soon as he stopped he mysteriously transformed from Superman to Clark Kent. And ever coincidentally this transformation occurred at the exact same time the Balco scandal investigation was at it's height.

2004-05-15 Roy Jones LTKO2 Antonio Tarver
2004-09-25 Roy Jones LKO9 Glen Johnson
2005-10-01 Roy Jones LUD12 Antonio Tarver

    Coincidence? :think

    I think not.

I've just absolutely decimated the Roy fanatic's entire world with pure science. :deal

    The Phantom>>The Juicer :deal

I do it all the time. One of these days one of them is going to bump into Roy down at their local one and see him being carried in on a stretcher by paramedics after suffering one of his brutal KO loses.

Nobody in their right mind would seriously have favoured Sven over Roy at 25/26.

There may well be a hindsight thing

Roy looked great when facing a former LW at SMW but Ottke wasnt a former LW, he was a standout amateur and became a SMW great. I think possibly at the time many would have favoured Roy, and been shocked with how Ottke would have frustrated him to win, but now see that Ottke was a bit special and are looking at it now their careers are over in favouring Ottke
